Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain

This Andalusian city is a picnicker’s dream. Walking or biking along the waterfront of Cádiz will take you to plenty of beautiful spots. At the very north, the park ‘Jardines de Alameda’ invites you to have a picnic in the shade of trees. The larger ‘Parque Genovés’ is a botanical garden with fountains and a public restroom. The jetty to the Castillo de San Sebastián offers picnic spots in the sun, as do the long beaches stretching all the way southeast. It’s up to you – ¡salud!
